Keep reports useful, respectful and based on your own experience.
Describe the call
Explain what the caller said, what they asked you to do and whether the calls were repeated. Distinguish what the caller claimed from anything you independently verified.
Protect private information
Do not post home addresses, private email addresses, payment details, account information or other unnecessary personal data. Do not post threats, abuse, discriminatory language or advertising.
Do not overstate an identity
Caller ID can be spoofed and numbers can be reassigned. Describe the evidence you have instead of presenting an unverified person or organisation as the caller.
Request a review
Use the correction and removal form and include the relevant page or comment reference. Submitting a request starts a review; it does not automatically remove content.
